Were told to arrive for the appointment 30 minutes early, we did so. The appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. First we were told, at 10:17 AM that it would be another 10-15 minutes and they were sorry. At 10:36 AM, we were told they would go check and see what was going on. At 10:41, told it would be six more minutes. Still waiting and it is 10:55. If time management is a reflection of the service to be received, I would rather go to a veterinarian for my care.
I am very disappointed i will not be coming anymore. They told me the wrong appointment day. I scheduled 3 months ago. They would not even work me in. Don't go there. They suck!
I went here for my annual mammogram because they have later hours, until 7 and they offer 3d mammograms. I cant recommend them enough, from the time I got there to the time I left, it was fast (around 20 minutes) and they made it easy. The facility is new and modern, but what was really great were the staff - Helen and Jackie were knowledgeable, professional and kind. They even showed me a chip implanted years ago that I didn't know about. I normally go to St. Luke's on the plaza, but I will go here from now on.
They always call with an appointment reminder - usually 2 days prior. Over the past few years, I have been in for ultrasounds, sonograms, and mammograms. I have never had any problems, and I've never had any complaints. Every time, I have been in and out with little to no wait. I have seen other women complain about other offices where they all sit in a room while wearing a gown, waiting for their turn to get the test done. The Pavilion is not like this at all! That alone would be worth waiting a little extra time for - but it's not necessary. I hope to continue going there for future procedures.
