Little brother had nursemaid's elbow. Looked for the nearest ER and we showed up here. We're from out of town so when we arrived, we were treated professionally and kindly. In and out in just five minutes. Thank you.
I went in for an emergency appendectomy, my first surgery. The staff was super friendly and accommodated my every need. They made sure what could have been a terrifying experience was a pleasant one.
I was briefly treated at this ER recently. The ER was NOT busy and I came in in Extreme pain. The doctor spent less than 3 minutes with me. His treatment left me in more pain. When I alerted a nurse that the pain had intesified they gave me my dismissal papers. I know that there are people who are addicted to pain meds that they see often but they can check the Kansas registry and see that I do not get opiods prescribed to me. They handled my complaint about their care horribly as well. This is my second horrible experience with this ER. I was admitted to another ER later in the week and they cared for me and helped alleviate my pain without opiods. I cannot recommend this ER. They have a track record with my family of assuming drug usage without merit and have completely missed correct diagnoses.
So slow! No sympathy to patients. I have never had a good experience with this ER. The only reason I go here is bc it is the closest hospital. I wish they could get their act together.
Birth center is incredible, nursing staff was helpful and considerate of privacy after my c section delivery. Dr. Bavishi was the OB.
