The entire staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Stone topped it all off he was great.
My son has been sick the past 2 weeks, that yucky virus that was going around with all the kiddos plus ear infection, we've been to this clinic once a week, and the Doctors and PA's are SO KIND and knowledgeable. Turned out he got well but his antibiotics caused some type of reaction and that's how we found ourselves back at the clinic in this 3rd week almost at closing time but the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was so helpful and kind. Our PA was Vicki, she was soooooo sweet and smart and friendly. We are now on the right track and got a follow up call today from Vicki. She showed nothing but care and attention to my son and gave him some goodies for doing as well as he could even if he was in pain, the fact that she followed up with us really meant a lot to me. She didn't have to, but SHE DID. For that, this place gets 5 stars for service, kindness and also for being Respectful. Thank you so much!!!!
To all of you not giving Great Reviews...... You have not been around..... or your world is miserable or unrealistic!!! These are Terrific, Caring, Professional, Dedicated, and Wonderful People and They can All be Proud of their Fellow Staff Members !!! Every Moment from Entering to Checkout and All in between and Follow up Occurred in a Timely Fashion. I have been around and I am Realistic !!!
Love Dr.Perry and her nurse. Really good about following up with her patience. Quickly getting meds refilled.
Worst service I ever had. People their where very rude and hateful. The waiting area was filthy. The wait time was so long that I ended up going somewhere else. Will never go their again.
