My family has been bringing our pets to Southside for many years and I hate the changes that have been made since moving to their new location. The staff used to tell me how proud they were that their services were so affordable, and that it made pet ownership possible for so many of their clients. Walk in appts on Saturdays are gone too - you have to make an appt for even routine visits. This combined with the absence of many long time dedicated staff made it easier to go elsewhere for pet care for my dogs. What a shame....
Always a struggle to get this place to not only answer, but return calls. I'm always left wondering how long it'll be before I get through to someone. Booked an appt online thinking it would be best but when I showed up the vet wasn't sure why I was there.
I've been taking me dog her for a few years now and have been incredibly impressed every time. After my dog was attacked at a dog park they fit me in to have her seen immediately and were able to do her surgery that night. The staff was incredibly supportive and understanding in a very emotional time for me and made me feel very confident in the care my pup was recieving. I wouldn't take my best friend anywhere else, they're truly great at what they do!
We recently had to put down Banjo, our old Boxer of 14 years. I'll never forget how they helped us understand the process and how comfortable they made us feel through a very rough time. They gave us a room and all the time we needed before and after. A very sincere thank you to all the staff at Southside.
I have been taking my puppy to Southside on K7 since I have had him. I love the paw plan that they offer, because it allows me to get all of my puppy's vaccinations, and check ups done without having to pay for it all at once! I also just got another puppy and could schedule his appointment online with ease. Would recommend for any pet owner
Great people who treat pets with great care. We have had some poor past experiences with some other vets and their practices, and we're glad we found Southside. In a way, it's like finding a good mechanic you can trust. You can tell they really care about the animals they treat and the people that bring them in.
