I would recommend to anyone that has an exotic bird to come here for your Veterinary needs
I have taken my pets here twice now and both times i have been treated with complete courtesy and respect! The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful and the vets always take their time to assess and my animals. Unfortunately one of my kittens passed away at my last visit but the staff was comforting and made it as easy as possible. I didn't even have an appointment but they fit me in immediately when I got there. It's been 1 week and I miss my kitty dearly but I received a beautiful gift from the vet in the mail. It brought tears to my eyes and meant so much to me that the vet was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you Olathe Animal Hospital! I highly recommend!
We chose this vet after moving from Lawrence. They are far and above the best we've gone to. Our dogs actually get excited about coming here for checkups and sick visits.
Our cat has had two dental surgeries at this location and the staff have made it a relatively easy experience. They are great with cats and do a great job of making you fully aware of what is happening and what it will cost. We will likely continue using this location even when we move out of the area.
I took my bunny Lumos here early this year to have him neutered. As a first-time new bunny owner who was very nervous for my first exotic vet visit, they made me feel extremely at ease and were wonderful and extremely professional through the whole process. They did a great job on his surgery and he recovered very quickly without any issues. I recently took my newest bunny, Effie, here to be treated for snuffles and they did just as great a job. Dr. Emmy Sund is a wonderful vet to have, especially for your exotic pets! Thank you so much for giving my bunnies excellent care every time!!
