Always yummy. My kids favorite. Sometimes the drive thru line is just too long, so I tell them no. They are usually quick when I take the risk of getting in the scary line.Glad they have grilled nuggets for me, when I don't meal prep or need a snack.
We love chick-fil-a, but just had a surprise. We ordered the frosted lemonade expecting frozen lemonade. It was actually a lemon-dairy shake. Not at all what we expected. I didn't like it, but my kids did. Disappointed because we were stopping for a quick drink know and a little play time. Staff was friendly enough about it. Just don't order it expecting frozen lemonade!
Very young and nice personnel. Fast service and a good quality. This drop food to your table once it’s ready. Clean place with a good playground. Nice thing that the playground is located in glass room with door and kids can be vary loud but it’s quiet in main hall. The quality ant taste of food me and my kids find better then in MacDonalds.
The staff messed up my order and then took the tray of misplaced food and threw it in the trash. I had to ask myself, why do I eat at a company who throws their own product in the trash?
Not offering the misplaced food items to the customer and instead throwing the items in the trash says that the company doesn't care about the customer, they only want to extract money from the customer for a product they think is worth dumping.
Why not say sorry to the customer and let them keep the perfectly fine food on behalf of the company's mistake? They would have made their money back by next week for the salvaged sandwiches by the rate of how often I used to visit this chic-fil-a location . . .
Human error is forgivable, but throwing away perfectly good chic-fil-a sandwiches is a quick way of losing my respect and business.
This particular location is constantly busy and the drive through not equipped with a logical structure for the flow of car traffic.
