EDIT: Another year has passed and I have continued to receive great pizzas from this location. I feel safe changing my review to 5 stars to reflect the positive changes this location has made.
EDIT: Since writing that one star review, I have been back to this location several times and have had good experiences. Good orders, good food, no wait times. They have definitely changed for the better. I am changing my review to four stars to reflect this. If I were only basing my review off of the last couple times it would be a solid five, however, I can't ignore the past.
Out of the two times I have got pizza here, they have messed my order up two times. Thats a one hundred percent failure rate. I will not be getting pizza from here again and would not recommend this location to anyone. Unless, of course, you live close enough to try and get free pizza out of their incompetence. I truly wish I lived within delivery distance so that I could send it back or complain properly.
For a fast food pizza chain this maybe the best pizza place. The crust is soft but firm, the sauce is sweet, & they pride themselves on fixing problems when there is one. Papa John's though is definitely not goumet though.
Fast and very friendly. This pizza is awesome. And the garlic knots are fabulous. We just sat and waited. Only took about 15 minutes. We took it to the lake and enjoyed a nice picnic.
Always put on hold when calling to make an order!!! More than 5mins it's ridiculous and employee very rude about it!!!
I'm not picking on this one store. In fact this establishment did a five star job... I eat a lot of pizza. And when I see "better ingredients better pizza" on the box and the whole time I'm wishing I'd have gotten any of the other pizza chains instead... It's just not as good in my opinion. Papa John's does not have better pizza... It's just alright... It works in a pinch... Once again I'm thinking never again
