I've never had a bad pizza from Marco's and their drivers are friendly. I really like thin cracker crust and Marco's is always flavorful and crisp. Kansas City has some great pizza places and Marco's is actually one of my favorites. The only thing that I think could be better is the price. For that I deduct a star. A medium pizza delivered before tip is nearly $20. That's a tad too much.

It's always hot and it always tastes great. BUT IT'S ALWAYS 20 MINUTES LATER THAN THE "QUOTED SERVICE TIME."
It's a Sunday, i ordered online. I went about 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it was READY! Good job, pizza is great. First time having their pizza.
