Really nice, clean store and friendly employees. I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall look.
Their tools may be cheap but there are a few hidden gems. This particular store is filled with workers who are eager to help. And if something is wrong (inevitably you will have a problem with a tool from HF) they do attempt to make it right. They know why people shop there and they take it to heart. If this place had bad service and cheap tools they wouldnt still be around. We know their tools are mostly low quality, so the service carries them.
