Went to return a new case at another store and they didn't have one on Sunday. Told me to try another corporate store didn't mention a 14 day return policy. So I went to this corporate store today and now I'm 3 days past 14 days and they won't exchange the case just want me to buy a new one. Won't even try to help.
Poor customer service on more than one occasion both in person and over the phone. Most recently I was told by Jeff that he was too busy to answer my questions. Sounds similar to another review posted here as well. To be fair, I did have a good experience when I spoke with Renee.
I was greeted as soon as I came in the door, even though it was very busy. It took less than 10 min. to get called, and I was helped by James Beard. James was very helpful and got me set up with my new phone. He also reviewed my account and was able to save me $ on my bill. In my opinion, James and the crew at his store went above and beyond to make me understand my options and made sure I was taken care of properly. I'll continue to go back and see these guys
They really have no idea what they are talking about, they say one thing and then when you call customer service it turns out it wasn’t true very horrible service they need to train them and inform them on what is the correct and true things to say to customers.
There is only one person working and 4 people waiting. Not well prepared for a Saturday
