Manger is super nice and personable. Felt welcome and never pressured to buy something more expensive. Yes you pay more then buying out right but what did you expect?
My husband and I dislike the employees and especially the manager- Rose at Olathe Rent A Center. I would not rent/buy from them. They have poor customer service. They are very rude. Please save yourself some stress go find an alternative - they have no respect for the customer.
