My 3 yr old went in to have a small cavity fixed today. She went in happy and came out happy. I would have never known until they told me that during the procedure she gagged and proceeded to projectile vomit all over Dr. Fales and his assistant. They carried on in the most professional manner and just took it in stride...no big deal! They got her cleaned up and she was as happy as can be. I just cant say enough good things about this practice and how much they love taking care of kids!
Dr Fales has always taken real good care of my son through the years. He does a really a good job and knows what he's doing. My son has never been afraid to see him. His staff is also warm and caring. Beautiful office setting and very relaxing. Wish he did adults or I had him when I was a kid. Thanks Dr Fales & Staff
Dr. Fales' office is wonderful, he is very knowledgeable and good with the kids, and the hygienists are unusually friendly and easygoing. This is a great place to bring a child of any age who has anxiety issues about the dentist, and they also have experience treating children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The office itself is a place children will want to come back to, with therapy dogs, a large fish tank, and a cozy playroom attached to the waiting room with a low doorway so that it seems made especially for small children. This place is likely to exceed expectations!
This is by far the best pediatric dentist/orthodontist in Kansas City!! Staff is awesome! Dr. Fales is available, helpful, kind, great with children, a good adviser, helps parents make good decisions for their children's dental care... The office is fun and inviting, and they have a sweet old dog named Spencer that the kids love. They have regular contests for the kids to win prizes. It's a comfortable and energizing atmosphere for a place that could be really scary for kids.
Take your kids here!!! It's such a fun place to go. I told my 5 year old a few days before his appointment that it's coming soon and he said he couldn't wait to go! My 2 1/2 year old had a great time too. Smiles all around and very well organized. My family loves this place!
