My wife and I found Bucher dentistry through a Groupon offer 3 years ago, and this is one of only a couple of Groupon offers that have been what they were advertised as. From the first visit there, we have felt comfortable and part of the family. From Reva at the front desk, through the hygienists, and up to Bill and Ryan, Bucher dentistry oozes professionalism and customer service, and everyone always goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. I recently had a crown fitted and it just wasn't quite right. As most people do when something isn't how it should be, I reached out to the office and they scheduled me to come in the next day to get things resolved. I ended up having to go back a couple of times to get it to where it needed to be, but since then it has been great! The difficult thing is that there is only so much that can be done in the office. Once the anesthetic wears off, the swelling goes down and you start chewing on real food, your teeth feel very different to when you are in the chair. Bill got things resolved and it has been wonderful since, which is something that I didn't experience with my previous dentist. I have recommended many of our family friends to Bucher Dentistry due to the way they have taken care of us over the years. If you are looking for a great dentist in Johnson County, you've found them.
Dr. Ryan Bucher is an excellent dentist! He takes great care of my family. All four of my young children love going to him. In addition to being great with kids, he has a very caring, kind staff.
