I went to the store today with a gift item wanting to exchange for something of equal value. Because they currently have a sale going on they will only give me credit for half the cost of the shirt because I have no receipt. ...hello gift. They don't give gift receipts. Rip off.
Complete inability to think outside the box by the management and district manager (DM). Looking for assistance on a service issue the store manager and district manager did nothing to assist and demonstrated a complete inability to focus on the customer or their needs. This is not related to a return or asking for a discount. Tried to call the corporate office, and was unable to reach a live person. Had a follow up conversation with the DM who was unable to think outside the middle of the box. Everyone simply states its the policy. The brand has been damaged and I would not recommend #avenue to no service.
I'm a regular customer at this store,I went to shop and was talking to the lady that is always working about leggings she told me about these that were on sale she went through them and then I pick up 3 of them, when I opened one them had a huge rip in the leg!!!! They said they will not exchange or refund because it was a final sale!!!!! I am pretty upset!!!Bad store policy !!!! BEWARE CHECK ALL CLOTHING THAT YOU BUY FROM THERE IF IT IS FINALE SALE OR YOU Will BE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!!!!Makes me think twice about shopping there again,they my have lost a really good customer!!

Very friendly, someone always welcomes you as soon as you walk in the store, I like it because it's never many people in the store when I get there but before I leave it's always full, I tell them I bring in customers. I like the store, just wish it was another store closer to where I live.
