The outside of my car was dirty stains in the back seat. The one employee that was at the desk didn't walk around the vehicle with me. They gave me $5 discount cause it wasn't washed. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay a deposit when using a credit card but ended up having to pay it anyway. I will never use hertz again due to all this. Customer service line was also no help.
The staff is rude! As formal rental car company employee, I would expect to be treated much better than I was. This was an insurance replacement rental. I called the company and they cancelled the reservation, and sent me to ERAC! I will never use this location, ever!
Have rented my last 3 cars here. Everything has went perfect. They associates have kept it quick and simple and I am on my way. Prices have always been the best too. Will ALWAYS go to this location.
Tried to rent a car for my mothers wedding my card failed. I called the bank my limit had been set low. By the time the raising of the limit was processed the card had been ran to many times to be run again according to the company policy. Staff was just doing their job I know, and they were not rude to me. But even after I cleared it with the bank they said policy said they can't help
I had a situation (I guess I didn't have rental insurance on my car insurance plan) and my car ended up in the body shop for a few days. Hertz really worked with me and my situation. They gave me the best rate in town and it was better than the rates I looked at online too! I really like their car rental full coverage waiver too = one price, one package (not a whole bunch of separate things to add on to the cost of the rental, like a lot of other places do). All the employees that I talked to and worked with through my situation were super nice, understanding, and professional. I liked how they will pick you up & drop you off at no extra cost. I will definitely rent from them again in the future. I would recommend them.
