Only after we have police, family and friends frantically searching for our son, do I receive the only phone call I had gotten from the principal this year. To apologize for the insulting level of organization? To give support and help in our search? To encourage and ask for any tasks to assist? NO. To yell and scold *my husband and I* for not telling the school we were out of town? Yes. I am beyond appalled at the amount of conceit, audacity and ignorance it takes for a woman to think under any circumstances that it was appropriate to shove herself in our personal business for judgment while we are searching for the child she was irresponsible for while under her charge. It is absolutely no matter to her where we were when her mishap occurred as we had several trustworthy adults in his care.

there I would have to repeat myself twenty times. Of course I would always complain that school was bad because I am a kid, all kids do that. I wish I never said anything bad about this school because it is the best school ever. Winning an award was not enough for the students. We had to be the best. If you are sporty then there is stuff for you, If you are smart then there is stuff for you, if you like programming then there is stuff for you. I did the math club and book club. Whenever I won a competition for the math club all the staff knew and congratulated me and my two friends who were also in my team. Whenever I was in first grade I moved half way in the year. I was also depressed at that time because I had so many tutors at my old school. Right whenever I got to arbor creek the first thing that happened was them trying to get me to open up. I went from failing at reading, to being really advanced at reading. I suddenly started trying and got good grades. Before long I no longer had depression and started talking to people. KCM Studios said that they got no calls or information, now that is where she is so wrong. They would give a call or email every morning IF your child gave them a slip saying your phone number and email. If a child does not give anything to a parent then they can do nothing about it. So make sure your child gives you everything. I only have one way to say the ending.

Many of his school years have been spent in other districts. These schools also expressly treated Aidyn like the whiz kid, the talent and the old soul he is. We have developed ongoing friendships with many of his past teachers.

As a former student i would say on my behalf that whomever is to attend arbor creek is in relatively good hand from the hours of 8:30 to 3:30, friendly staff, somewhat enjoyable classes, and an over all good environment, just pack your own lunch.... any future student will thank me for that advice

The first point about ACE is quite simple. My son was being taken to counseling for some type of evaluation without my knowledge or consent. No phone, no email.

Our son is home on time, disciplined in chores & daily routine, respectful, responsible and remarkably mature for his age. He has rarely needed severe boundaries or disciplinary action to motivate him, he has just been driven and considerate by nature. Any family and family friend could speak very highly of him, bright and outgoing, charming and funny.

ACE is the place.

In just that few days, (2) adults that are nowhere on Aidyn's forms, papers or contact information not only were being asked to make parental decisions on our behalf (with NO contact to myself or my husband prior to) but allowed to remove this child from school grounds without having to so much as clear it with the office. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED ONCE DURING THIS ENTIRE DISASTER BY DEMOSS OR ANY STAFF AT ARBOR CREEK. For a bus rider, there was no reason to assume anyone would be given active parental right *especially* without our knowledge. If we had been in town, we still were never contacted. Our child still would have been lost on Arbor Creek's watch. Our child was still delivered into hands without parental knowledge or consent. Our child was still nowhere Arbor Creek was aware of after hours of phone call streams, voicemails, returned phone and being placed on hold. A neighbor came home to find us searching and reported he was in the school gym. A child of her school was *MISSING* and her response is, "it would have been nice to tell the school you were out of town, don't you think?" That has nothing to do with the fact that her school severely mismanaged its priorities but perhaps a great deal to do with her desperate attempt to cover up such a blemish in ability. This school not only failed its exclusive mission, offended a family and panicked no less than 30 others in the community but it violated our legal right as parental authorities and the laws that protect us. A later email from her, after discussing this with the board reveals the same haughty and self-righteous stance.

We left for our trip (family in charge of child.) One day he doesn't come home. The school did not answer multiple calls after urgent messages were left. The bus company is clueless, no one has answers.

I went to this school from first grade to fourth. It was the best school I went to and had lots of friends. In fourth grade we won the best school in Kansas and they made it feel like we did it, not just them. The principle is amazing and very well organized. Also if you have speech problems, then don't worry at all. I have very little speech problems now, but when I came

The situation is made worse when she confesses that she spoke with a non-parental authority about this "Spark" event and got verbal permission on Aidyn's behalf for *ONE* of the days of the event--this adult was not told about multiple. The same event I had given no written permission for and had even requested more information about with NO reply as much as two weeks prior.

A few weeks ago, a flyer for a "Spark" event came home. This flyer contained only graphic and the name to inform viewer of very little. I wrote on the white margin a note to the teacher, "Need more details (time/date/etc) and permission form please. Thanks, Kara Payton." For the rest of the week and the week after, nothing came back. Life proceeded.
