I have never written a testimonial before but I am extremely pleased with the roof replacement you did for me. In purchases of this magnitude I make the effort to be an informed consumer. I had asked several builders, who should know who is good and who is not, and had gotten glowing reveiws about Cox so you were one of the companies I got a quote from. The one thing that sealed the deal for me was that everyone that had anything to do with my roof was a Cox employee. I learned that most roofing companies use subcontractors to do the actual work and that you only used your own crews. To me, it was shocking to learn that most roofing companies are just a front end for the sale. Home improvment/repair is one of the highest consumer complaint categories there is, so this one issue made my decison. I felt if there was a problem, you being in business since 1957, it would get taken care of. Your pricing was not the lowest but was also not even close to the highest, so I was very comfortable with my decision. The roof was done quickly, the clean up was outstanding and I have had no issues. I am a satisfied customer that would recommend you to anyone.
Just had my roof replaced by Ken Cox Roofing Company in Olathe, Kansas. I called Kyle Cox since I knew they had been in business since 1957 and done many of the best homes in Kansas City. In fact, about 8 or 9 years ago they put a roof on my parents home and my dad says he has not had a bit of trouble. He tells me that some of the homeowners in his neighborhood have had roofers out repeatedly since it was after a hail storm that the entire neighborhood was getting roofs. Buyer beware I guess. No, Cox was not the cheapest but when they told me why I knew they were going to do it right. Indeed they did and fast also. I loved it, they cleaned up, and left the place looking great. They even found some dry rot and fixed that above the call of duty. I cannot say enough good things about Cox Roofing company.
