Our HVAC was not working due to the storm last weekend. We call Prairie Center and was scheduled for later date but I called the next day and explain my dilemma we were upgraded. I want brag on the excellent customer service and the service technician, they were friendly, they listened and solved the problem expeditiously. You guys Rock!
Recurring problem with office staff. Great work done by installer/repair teams. I've left vmail messages over the course of the last 10 years that were never returned. I had to keep calling back. Each time told: never got your message. Today takes the cake: they hung up. Hopefully our extended warranty is up soon so I don't have to deal with this anymore. So frustrating - every time!
