The previous reviewer who referred to this organization as "criminal" really hit the nail on the head. Just received an accrued bill of $1,700 for a service that hasn't requested payment in over 5 years - which I can only assume was intentional to rack up on late citations. Customer Service was less than helpful on the matter. Incredible waste of taxpayer money.
Fix the website for online bill pay. Nearly impossible to pay a bill without some sort of outage. Get with the times.

as others have stated website to pay bill is complete trash, works 10 percent of the time, billing is all over the place and customer service blows. Being a mandatory service i doubt even a simple update to bill pay will change any time soon.
Criminals plane and simple. Your default charge will be 11,400 gallons of usage per 2 month period - with the other charges and fees you're looking at ~$90. If you call them and complain they will adjust it down to what was metered on your water bill (~1,500 gallons at my house) - still obscenely more than what actually makes it to the drain.
