The service there is very professional and friendly. Inexpensive and quick service. No complaints.
Took a dress up that was for my grandmother to To be buried in got nothing but lies from the get go Said they didn't offer any way to get it done sooner but they did once we got it back it wasn't even starched like i asked for the lady at the counter argued with me about me even ask to have it starched when we have a conversation about it and why wanting it to lay right in the casket Arguing with customers not providing the service asked for well never returned
Very nice people. Had a homecoming dress dry cleaned came back in a timely manner and not to much $. Looks great!!!!
Lady seemed fairly annoyed and didnt seem to want to be bothered when i dropped my clothes off and when i picked them up. Very lacking in the area of kindness. Also, i asked for medium starch, and my clothes were returned to me like i washed and dried them at home. I brought it up to the lady, she felt my shirt and said, "this is more like a low starch." Again, didnt seem to give a damn. Not going back. Thanks for wasting my time.
Went to get my jacket cleaned they never even washed it. Can't believe they took my money kept my jacket for a week and never washed it. Don't recommend to anyone in Olathe.
