Great service. Had several watches fixed with batteries and resizing. Like the option of a 3yr warranty on batteries.
I'm very late about writing this review, but I still feel it's warranted. Around 18 months ago I walked into the store because I needed a few links taken out of the Moto 360 watch w/ metallic band that I had just purchased the day before. A very nice gentlemen greeted me when I entered, and asked how he could help me. I explained that I needed my watchband adjusted. He then took the watch to the back and removed a couple of links. I browsed the other jewelry in the store while I waited for him to take out the links. He then asked me to try on the watch to make sure it fit before he put it back together again. I continued to browse as he finished up the watchband. I tried on the watch when he was done, and it fit perfectly as expected. I then headed over to the check out counter and asked him how much i owed him. He then politely waved his hand dismissing my assumption, and told me there was no charge. Really impressive considering how tricky it is to remove pins on the Moto 360 metallic band. I usually adjust all my watchbands myself, but this one was way more difficult and I was worried that I might damage the watch trying to do it myself. The watch came back to me without a scratch, and for nothing out of pocket. I wasn't in the market for any jewelry at the time, but I did see they had a very nice selection while I browsed the store waiting for my watchband to be adjusted. I'll certainly be back when I'm looking for quality jewelry from a top notch place.
Parking is an issue for quick drop offs and pick ups. Otherwise I like this jeweler. The replace watch batteries with a warranty for a very small amount.
