What a great experience! Right when you walk in Ron is there to greet you. He is awesome! He offered us a drink, a cookie and helped us navigate the store. Furthermore, Jon was a big help! He explained everything about the products and was very patient while we were making our decision. Best service I've ever had when shopping for furniture. Must check them out!
Great experience! From the minute I walked in the door and was personally greeted... to Joshua helping me make the right choice for my new rugs. Joshua was so knowledgeable and friendly...it was like having my own personal shopper. He definitely went above and beyond. He found my exact fabric sample, so my rug matched, found the best deal for me and then carried the rug pad to my van! Thank you Joshua; thanks for all you did and for making a difference!
If you are in need of furniture you must ask for Jessica! She listened to what we was looking for and made a list. she reassured us every step of the way, and she found us the perfect table!!! She was amazing with colors and her product knowledge was through the roof! I swore she was the Amish manager but she said no she just loved the product. She made it to where we felt like we hit the jackpot after leaving the store! Thank you Jessica for spending so much time with us and caring about us! The custard was amazing too!
He offered discounts and explained the warranty & delivery policy which is great. We purchased an Amish table & chairs which we & are family & friends really like. Have purchased desk & chair which will arrive later.
We had a wonderful experience at Furniture Mall of Kansas. We have been to many furniture stores in the past, and this one feels the best. The experience started with a warm greeting from the store's greeter who quickly explained the layout of the store including where we could find what we were shopping for and the simplistic way they organize the furniture by price. He also offer beverages and cookies. The non-commision sales staff were laid back and extremely knowledgeable. Our sales rep, Andy Davis, listen very carefully to what we were looking for and asked very good questions. He was able to quickly show us a number of selections that we liked and then worked with us to customize our purchase. He was very good working with colors and gave us a number of great options. In summary, the store has a wonderful selection at all price points and the service was outstanding. Just really nice people with a great product!! Highly Recommend!
Bill was great to work with and handled my husbands jokes, etc. with ease. Since we really did not know what we wanted, he patiently found us many alternatives. He even found exactly what we wanted & e-mailed a picture.
I would definitely refer my friends to him as he made it less stressful in making our purchase decision.
