The experience my family had with Penwell-Gabel was efficient, kind, and comforting. Chris was so gracious when we met with him and knocked out details. He listened to our requests with respect and educated us on what needed to be done. Everyone we worked with, there, from the Adminstrative assistant to the Hospice volunteer took the time to talk with us and let us know they were there to help. Robin did an amazing job on my Mom's hair and makeup - I was so pleasantly surprised. My mom looked beautiful. Also, Steve did a great job as a greeter/host for the visitation we held there. We layed my mom to rest in the Fort Scott National Memorial Cemetery and that was not an issue for them, at all.
It was a very difficult time for me after my husband died. The staff at Penwell-Gabel made it easier for me by been very supportive and kind. They are very professional and I would use them again.
