I called on Valentine's Day (not even thinking about it being the busiest day of the year!) to order flowers for a Visitation/Funeral. They said they would call me back to get my information. At some point late in the day, I realized they hadn't called back and that I likely would not be able to send flowers. They called me back at almost 10:00 pm. I could not believe that after such a long day, they called me back and let me know that my order was important to them. I know I was a paying customer, but still I felt they had a busy day and understood if I didn't hear back from them. Not only did they make me feel important, they were the most beautiful flowers there and the family was so appreciative of them and made sure to point them out to us. Thank you for your great customer service on one of your busiest days of the year!!
I had never used Flower Man before. It was a last minute decision and they were beyond helpful and fair priced. Ultimately, I'm writing this review because of the quality service I received. I would highly recommend.
We called in an order from out of state. We live in Oregon. Have never been to this shop, but I found him to have great online reviews. The gentleman who helped me over the phone was great. I didn't know the delivery address when I called, but he still took my order to get in the queue and just asked me to call back with the address. He was very helpful and descriptive about their flower options. Excited to see what he delivers to our recipient!
Rarely do I encounter old-fashioned customer service. One can get it here with the Flower Man. They will do whatever it needed to ensure a delivery gets done and do a great job making their customers feel special. Deliveries are fast and the drivers do what they can to ensure the deliveries are successful. Thanks for the great service.
We've been using Flower Man for years. The arrangements are consistently of better quality and design then other florists. A recent birthday arrangement of two dozen mixed roses had a few that looked like they had been "open" for several days. I called and they didn't hesitate to replace the arrangement. Two hours later, it was perfect for my wife. Thanks Flower Man!
