We were visiting from out of town when we heard a rattling from the engine area. We were scheduled to leave the next day so we were anxious to find a mechanic to help us out. After looking at Google reviews we called Tom's. Tom's told us to bring it on over and they would look at it that day. They even gave us a courtesy shuttle ride back to our hotel. After just a couple hours they called saying we had a screw loose. (I've been told that before! Lol.) Tom's said they tightened it and it was good to go. They also said third would be NO CHARGE! Seriously?... Totally unexpected. Figured the least I could do is leave a good review. Thanks so much Tom's!
I went to Tom's based on the reviews I had read on google, and was very impressed with them. Tom went out of his way to do a custom exhaust job on my newly purchased BMW. He was extremely accommodating, and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with their work. It's obvious he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I would recommend him to anyone. Honest, fair, and very reasonably priced.
My brake line blew (luckily I was stopped when it happened), had it towed to Tom's and they fixed it on Saturday and did not overcharge me. Kept me informed as they we working on it. Honest, friendly and competent. Highly recommend them for any automotive work.
I went into Tom's because I saw they had a 5 star rating and I see why. I spoke to Tom and Steve regarding my repairs. They did the work faster than expected and my bill was lower than the original estimate. I felt they were professional and honest, which is hard to find these days. I will be bringing my car back if I have any car issues in the future.
Great auto repair shop. I have used them for my newer cars and also for my classic cars. They are very reasonably priced and also very honest. Tom and Steve are great guys as well.
