This is simply the best place to buy a used vehicle, the sales person doesn't try and pressure you into buying. The vehicles come with a warranty this allows you to purchase without worrying. They take time to care about the customer, alot of dealerships fall short of this. I liked the cars and the variety but the service was horrible specifically a worker by the name of chad. He was very unprofessional, and had me waiting forever until he came to help me, he also was flirting with many woman instead of doing his job, he was playing loud vulgar music, and telling me that he would help me on his own time not when I needed help I understand he is a sales manager but there has to be a level of respect required to give your customers.This business will not last long Chad being the manager or even being there!!!
I also appreciate the fact that if there is an issue with the car soon after driving off the lot, they jump on it and make sure that your vehicle is mechanically sound for you.
The staff was very nice and treated me great. it was quick and easy and I got into my car fast. I got a 2011 chevy impala and it was in excellent condition and priced perfect. it looks like a brand new car and cheaper than a lot of the other car dealers that deal with people with bad credit. it was truly no a credit check dealer. will definatly come back and get another vehicle!!!
