This place is awesome! Great customer service and great prices! I recently bought a 2017 haro from bike America and they did not help me find a bike that would fit me and they didn't even put the bike together correctly. Bikes for the likes of us is totally different he helped me find bike that fit me and my needs. And when you buy a bike he helps you adjust everything where you like it from the seat to the handle bars. Definitely the best place to buy a bike in the KC area!!!

Did good work, but also did unnecessary work. I took my bike in with a broken chain and a wheel that needed truing. They were pretty backed up but were able to squeeze mine in before a trip.
He has even picked up and dropped off the bike for service since I work the same hours he is open.

Darby is great to work with. Not pushy at all. In fact, he thought I should get a used bike instead a new one due to my lack of experience. What a great experience! Don't expect wal-mart pricing because you are not shopping for wal-mart quality. The used bike I bought was completely renovated with new tubs and tires and cleaned up really nicely.
They told me I'd get a call with a quote, but I just got a call saying it was done. The total was a little under $100 as they readjusted my gears, which I had done 2 weeks previously at another shop. I recently confirmed that this is not necessary with a new chain and it was never mentioned to me before being done.
Darby is a good honest person. Went in wanting something I had stuck in my head. He had me go test ride what I wanted then let me test ride something that he thought would better suit me. And he wasn’t just trying to be a sales person which was really nice. The bike I ended up with was cheaper than the one I thought I wanted.
