Very friendly. Good beautician, Robyn Ankrum, very good hair stylist. Good nail technician, Roxana, and love the shop. Would highly recommend. Robyn is Master Stylist and Roxana has won numerous awards. Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful.
I used to get my hair done here before prices were raised yet again. The salon is good but not stellar, especially for the price. However, if you need a new makeup style, the ladies here are always happy to help. Great place to get a free makeover for your face and find decent makeup at a fairly decent price. Definitely better than any other makeup counter I've visited.
Booked an appointment with Aly just to get a bang trim on September 8th. My appointment time came and went as I watched everyone else be serviced. Finally once it was after 4, someone realized I hadn't been helped. Apparently, Aly wasn't there. Someone else helped me and the whole staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience . Nobody apologized or even explained what was going on. I will not be back.
This is where I get my hair cut and the things that make me beautiful... maybe not beautiful but the best I can be.
I’m giving one star because they did work with me on changing my appointment time. However, my daughters hair was horrible! We paid $61 for the “Master” stylist. I would like to know what she’s a master of. I can do hair better than what they did at beauty brands. We will never go there again. It was my daughters first homecoming dance so I treated her to get her hair done. DO NOT GO TO THE OLATHE BEAUTY BRANDS!!! I want my money back!
