The area of south Overland Park is expanding with residential areas.
As someone who took a lesson there and am getting my son started on flight lessons there, the airport is a decent little airport. It gets the job done and should stay right where it is. Why? Because it was there first and that is where I am used to going and I don't feel like driving any further out.
Great people to work with, not the fanciest place but they get the job done

Please move it out from around the houses. It is getting very noisy and affecting all neighborhoods.
Have worked with business partners who used the convenience of this airport. Nothing fancy but that's not what people use it for anyway. It's a fun place to take young kids so that they can watch the planes and helicopters taking off and landing.
Writing this review mainly to counter all the idiots that bought a house near an airport and then think the airport should move. Give me a break. You were the dummy!
